The City of Indianapolis adopted a Vision Zero resolution in 2024, setting a goal to eliminate fatal and serious injury crashes by 2035. The Vision Zero Action Plan, adopted by the City County Council, outlines strategies to achieve that goal over the next decade. Storyboard provided graphic design support to Burgess & Niple to ensure the resulting Action Plan is clear and accessible for City staff, council, and Indianapolis residents.
